AI Settings Module

Accessing the AI Settings Module 

  1. Log into the Koolay Console using your credentials. 


  1. Click on the “AI Settings” link on the left side of your toolbar. 


  1. This module acts as a repository for predefined prompt templates used by KOOLAY Content Assistance, allowing you to update information or add new entries. 

Managing Prompts 

  1. Click on the "AI Settings" link on the left side of your toolbar, then select the “Prompts” link. 


  1. Use the ‘Prompt Filtering’ section at the top of the page to easily filter prompts. 


  1. View categories, prompts, menu text, and user input selections on this page, either using existing prompts with Koolay AI Assistants or creating new prompts as needed. 


Creating a New Prompt 

  1. Click on the "AI Settings" link, then select the “New Prompt” link. 


  1. First, choose a category for the new prompt. 


  1. Enter the Menu Text and Prompt Text. 


  1. Remember to click the “Save” button to store the new prompt. 


Managing Prompt Categories 

  1. Click on the "AI Settings" link, then select the “Prompt Categories” link. 


  1. View the list of prompt categories available. 


  1. Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to add or delete prompt categories as needed. 

Adding a New Prompt Category 

  1. Click on the "AI Settings" link, then select the “New Prompt Category” link. 


  1. Input a name for the new prompt category. 


  1. Click the “Save” button to add the new category. 

 

AI Settings Module 

  1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  
  2. Access the left-side toolbar. 
  3. Select “Category List” from the “Category” link options. 
  4. This module is where the predefined prompt templates used by Koolay Content Assistance are defined. 
  5. You can update or add new information from: 
    1. The category menu 
    2. The prompt menu

  7. Your task is to: 
    1. Organize the prompts that are useful for you 
    2. Use this module to arrange them for later use.
