Site Constants

  • Site Constants are constants used to define and manage certain immutable values on a website in a centralized location. These constants are used to store values that are used repeatedly across the site, making code cleaner, more organized and easier to maintain. 

 

Create a new constant

1. Open the “Settings” tab from the left menu and open the “Site Constants” page.

2. Press the “New Constant” button to create a new constant.

3. Fill in the required information 

4. If you want the Constant to be changeable, check the “Changable Constant” checkbox.

5. Finally, press the “Save” button.

 

Using the Constant you Created

1. Open the “Settings” tab from the left menu and open the “Site Configurations” page.

2. First select a site from the page that opens.

3. Open the “Site Settings” tab from the settings on the Right side of the screen.

4. Press the “New Setting” button.

5. You can select the desired setting in the “Constant Name” section.

6. The Contant you created is at the top of the list.

7. In the “Constant Value” section, type the value of the setting you added.

8. Finally, press the “Save” button.
