- The form data submitted by a user on your site is located on the "Applications" page under the Forms tab in the Koolay Console.
1. Open the "Forms" tab from the left menu.
2. Open the "Applications" page.

1. Click on the code in the "APPLICATION CODE" column of the form data whose content you want to see from the Application list.
2. You can see the content of the message sent by the user on the pop-up screen.
AI Spam Control and Create Note
1. Every message sent goes through an advanced AI spam checker.
2. If a message is spam, it will be marked as "Spam". If you decide that it is not spam, you can uncheck the "Spam" box.
3. If you want to leave a note to the user who sent the message, press the "Create Note" button.
6. After writing the note, you can send it to the user with the "Send" button.
