Banner Module

      Accessing the Banner Module 

      1. Log into the Koolay Console. 

      1. Click on the "Banner" link on the left side of your toolbar. 

      Viewing the Banner List 

      1. Click on the "Banner" link on the left side of your toolbar. 

      1. Select the "Banner List" link to view a list of all banners. 

      Filtering Banners 

      1. Navigate to the "Banner" option on your toolbar. 

      1. Select "Banner List" to view all available banners. 

      1. Filter the banners by keywords, Banner Area, Publish Status, or Status. 

      1. Click the "Filter" button to apply the filters. 

      Editing a Banner 

      1. Click on the "Banner" link and select "Banner List." 

      1. Click on any banner name you wish to edit. 

      1. In the form that appears, update the necessary fields like Banner Name, Spot Title, Button Text, URL, Text Colour, etc. 

      1. Click the "Save" button to apply changes. 

      Changing Banner Status 

      1. Click on the "Banner" link and then on "Banner List." 

      1. Choose a banner to edit and modify its Publish Status to ‘Active’ or ‘Passive.’ 

      1. Save the changes by clicking the "Save" button. 

      Deleting a Banner 

      1. Click on the "Banner" link and then on "Banner List." 

      1. Check the box next to the banner you want to delete. 

      1. Click the "Delete" button and confirm the deletion by selecting "Yes." 

      Accessing Banner Areas 

      1. Select the "Banner" option from your toolbar. 

      1. Click on the "Banner Areas" link to view all available areas. 

      Selecting a Site for Banner Areas 

      1. Select the "Banner" option and click on "Banner Areas." 

      1. Use the "Site Selection" section to choose a site from the dropdown menu. 

      Editing Banner Areas 

      1. Navigate to "Banner Areas" through the "Banner" link. 

      1. Select any Banner Area to edit. 

      1. Make changes and click the "Update" button to save. 

      Deleting Banner Areas 

      1. Go to "Banner Areas" via the "Banner" link. 

      1. Check the box next to the Banner Area Name you want to delete. 

      1. Click the "Delete" button and confirm by clicking "Yes." 

      Sorting Banners 

      1. Click the "Banner Sort" link under the "Banner" menu. 

      1. Use the group selector at the top of the page and click "Filter" to view sorted banners. 

      Creating a New Banner 

      1. Click on "New Banner" under the "Banner" menu. 

      1. Enter details like Banner Name, Area, and Picture. 

      1. Save the new banner by clicking the "Save" option. 

      Adding a New Banner Area 

      1. Navigate to "Banner" on the toolbar and select "New Area." 

      1. Enter the Banner Area Name and Description. 

      1. Click the "Add" button to save the new area. 

       

      Display an HTML page in Banner

      1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  
      2. Access the left-side toolbar 
      3. Select “Banner List” from the “Banner” link options 
      4. Select the banner you want to change and access the content.
      5. If you want to create an HTML page display, select "HTML" in the "Banner Type" section.
      6. You can enter the HTML page you want to create in the editor section at the bottom of the page

       

      Display video in banner

      1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  
      2. Access the left-side toolbar 
      3. Select “Banner List” from the “Banner” link options 
      4. Select the banner you want to change and access the content.
      5. If you want a video to appear in the banner, select the "Video" option in the "Banner Type" section.
      6. Finally, in the "video source" section, select the video to add via the file manager.

       

      Display image in banner

      1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  
      2. Access the left-side toolbar 
      3. Select “Banner List” from the “Banner” link options 
      4. Select the banner you want to change and access the content.
      5. If you want a image to appear in the banner, select the "Image" option in the "Banner Type" section.
      6. Finally, in the "image source" section, select the image to add via the file manager.
      7. If you want the image you added to the banner to be redirected to an address, add a url to the "Redirect URL" section
