E-Guide Module

      The E-Guide Module is a digital directory that provides users with quick and easy access to important addresses, phone numbers, and contact details. Functioning like a phone book, this module is equipped with up-to-date and reliable information, ensuring that users can instantly find what they need. 


      Designed for institutions, businesses, and individuals, E-Guide enhances communication and information accessibility, making daily workflows more organized and efficient. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick searching, filtering, and saving of essential details. 


      With E-Guide, access the information you need effortlessly and streamline your communication processes! 

      Viewing the E-Guide List 

      1. Navigate to the toolbarlocatedon the left side of the interface.
      2. Click on the “E-Guide” link within the toolbar and select the “E-Guide List” option.

           3.You can see previously created E-Guides here. 

      Create a new E-Guide

      1. Locate the toolbar on the left side of the interface. 
      2. Click on the “E-Guide” link and select the “New Record” option.
      3. On the page that opens, enter the information that should be in your electronic directory.
      4. Once you have entered all the necessary information and selected the site where you want to use the electronic directory, click on the “Save” button.

      - After clicking the Save button, you will have added an E-Guide to your site.
