Email List Module

Accessing the Email List Module 

  1. Log into the Koolay Console with your credentials. 

  1. Locate the toolbar on the left side of the interface. 

  1. Click on the “Email List” link within the toolbar. 

  1. You will be directed to the Email List section, where you can manage and edit emails as needed. 

Viewing the Email List 

  1. Access the system by logging into the CMS. 

  1. Navigate to the toolbar on the left side of the interface. 

  1. Click on the “Email” link within the toolbar and select the “Email List” option. 

  1. Review the list of emails available within the system. 

Editing an Email 

  1. Log into the CMS using your credentials. 

  1. Locate the toolbar on the left side of the interface. 

  1. Click on the “Email” link within the toolbar and select the “All Email List” option. 

  1. Click on the Email List title to begin editing the information you need. 

Deleting an Email 

  1. Log into the CMS using your credentials. 

  1. Locate the toolbar on the left side of the interface. 

  1. Click on the “Email List” link, then choose “All Email List” from the dropdown menu. 

  1. Identify the specific email you intend to delete. 

  1. Click the delete button at the bottom of the email list. 

  1. Confirm the deletion by selecting “Yes” if you want to delete the email. 

Creating a New Email List 

  1. Log into the CMS and find the toolbar on the left side. 

  1. Click on the “Email List” link, then select “New Email List.” 

  1. Fill out the required form fields, including title, auto subscribers, and other necessary information. 

  1. Ensure to save your changes by selecting the “Save” option.
