Feature Track Module

      Feature Track Setup 

      1. Log in to Koolay Console 

           2. Open the “Category List” page under the “Category” menu. 

           3. Select the site you want to process and click on “Content Categories” under that site. 

           4. Then press the “New” button at the bottom. 

           5. Type “Feature Track” in the “Category Name” field.

           6. Finally, press the “Add” button.  

           7. Then select “Module” from the “Category Type” section. 

           8. Select “Feature Track” from the Module List section.

           9. Then select the Feature Track category you created from the menu on the left again.

           10. Open the “Registration Information” tab from the drop-down menu on the right.

           11. Copy the number next to the “Category ID” line. We will use this later. 

           12.  Open the “Site Configurations” page under the “Setting” tab in the left menu.

           13. Select the site you want to process from the page that opens on the right.

           14. After selecting the site, open the “Definition” tab in the section on the right.

           15. Press the “New Configuration” button below.

           16.  In the “Constant Name” section, type “FeatureTrackCategoryID”. 

           17. In the Constant Value section, enter the value we copied before.

           18. Save by pressing the “Save” button. This completes the installation of the Feature Track module. 

           19. Finally press the “Update” button.  

       

      Feature Track Page 

           1. If you have not defined a menu, you can access the page by typing /featuretrack next to the domain address. 

           2. Here you can select the sort type of the Features. 

      Top: By clicking this button you can see the Prioritized features.  

      New: Click on this button to see the newly added   

      Trend: The one with the most interactions 

       

           3. If you want, you can select the stage of the features and list them accordingly.  

      Planned: You can see the planned features. 

      All Except Done: You can see all the endless features. 

      Not Planed: You can see all unplanned features 

      Done: You can see all the features under construction. 

      In Progress: You can list the features that are still under construction. 

       

           4. Let's enter the content of any feature. 

           5. You can vote for the feature if you like. Press the “Upvote” button to vote. 

           6. This is the section where you will get information about the feature. 


           7. From this section you can see the number of comments and the tags used for that feature. 

           8. This is the part where you see the comments. You can reply to any comment by pressing the “Reply” button. 

           9. You can leave a comment about Feature if you like. After typing all the information and your message, press the “Post Comment” button. 

      Fature List: When you are on any feature page, you can press this button to return to the feature list.

      Adding a new Feature 

           1. While on the Feature Track home page, press the “Add Suggestion” button on the top right. 

           2. After filling in the required information, you can publish the feature by pressing the “Post Suggestion” button
