Forms Module

 
 

 Get and use form codes

       1.Open the "Forms" tab from the left menu.

       2.Open the "Form List" page.

       3.Select the form you want to get the code for.

       4.Press the "Get Code" button.

       5.Copy the codes by pressing the "Copy" button.

       6.Open the script file where you want to insert the code.

       7.Paste the copied code on the line you want.

       Press the "Save" button.

 

Forms Module 

  1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials. 

  1. Access the left-side toolbar. 

  1. Select “Category List” from the “Category” link options. 

  1. The Forms module is used to create and manage forms on the front-end, such as contact-us forms with fields like: 

    1. Name 

    2. Surname 
    3. Email 
    4. Message 
  1. The module stores the information entered by site visitors into these forms. 

  1. Generally, forms are prepared by the developers who built your site: 

    1. Defined in the Form List

    2. Integrated into the front-end 
  1. For detailed information, it is recommended to read the "developer" documentation. 

  1. Messages/entries received through a prepared form are listed under the "Application" menu, including: 

    1. IP address 

    2. Application tracking number 
    3. Registration date 
  1. Using this module, you can respond to the relevant person through the "Create Notes" section: 

    1. All communications are stored exclusively between you and the user 

    2. Communications are logged by date 
  1. You can close the inquiry at any time by selecting "Close." 

 

Form information entered on the site frontend and spam control

-When you fill out and submit a form on the site you own, you can see the form information entered in the "Application" section under the "Forms" tab in the panel.

  1. Fill out a form on the site you have and submit it

     

      2.This data you enter is available on the "Application" page in the panel.

     3.Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  

     4.Access the left-side toolbar.

     5.Select “Application” from the “Forms” link options .

     6.Open the last saved form content from the "Application" page in the "APPLICATION CODE" section.

     7.You can see the content of the submitted form on the page that opens.

     8. Submitted form information is filtered with the advanced AI Spam filter. If it is detected as spam by the AI Spam filter, the spam box at the bottom left of the page will be checked.

     9.Press the "Create Note" button to reply to the sender of the form.

     10.After filling in the content of the note, press the "Send" button. 

     11.Thus, you will send an e-mail to the e-mail address the user entered in the form.
