Accessing the Gallery Module

Log into the Koolay Console with your credentials.

Find the toolbar on the left side of the interface and click on the “Gallery” link within the toolbar to navigate to the Gallery Management section.
Viewing the Gallery List
- Select the “Gallery List” option from the “Gallery” link.
2. View the list of galleries available within the system.
Editing a Gallery

Access the left-side toolbar, click the “Gallery” link, and choose “Gallery List.”
- Find the gallery you want to edit.
- Update necessary details such as the Site Selection, Gallery Name, Activity Date, or other pertinent information.
- Save your changes by clicking the “Save” button.
Deleting a Gallery

Use the “Site Selection” dropdown to choose the specific website whose gallery you want to delete.

Identify the gallery item you wish to delete.

Click the delete button at the bottom of the gallery list.

Confirm the deletion by selecting “Yes” when prompted.
Creating a New Gallery

Select “New Gallery” from the “Gallery” link.

Complete the required fields, including Site Selection, Gallery Name, and Activity Date.

Save your changes by clicking the “Save” option.
Sorting Galleries

Click the “Gallery” link and choose the “Gallery Sort” option.
Note: Additional steps for sorting galleries could not be provided due to a lack of data.
Add an Image To a Gallery
- Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.
- Access the left-side toolbar
- Select “Gallery List” from the “Gallery” link options
- Select a gallery you have created
- Click on the "select new file / upload" tab above.
- Select the image you want and press the "ADD SELECTED FILES TO GALLERY" button (hold down the CTRL key to select more than one image).
Select and Sdd a Gallery in the Content Editor
1-Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.
2-Access the left-side toolbar
3-Select “Content List” from the “Content” link options
4-Select the content you want to add to the gallery
5-Press the "Koolay album" button in the editor section.
6-From the page that opens, select the gallery or galleries you created earlier.
7-Finally add the album by pressing the "Select Ones Add" button
