Support for Free Plan Users

While the Free Plan does not include Basic Support, users are not left without options. If you encounter a bug or need to reach out to our team for any reason, you can easily do so through the "Report Bug" and "Contact Team" features located in the upper right corner of the Koolay Admin User Interface. Please note that these options are provided as a courtesy and do not come with any service level performance guarantees.

Core Support Plan

The Core Support Plan is designed to offer a solid support foundation, included with every Koolay Subscription at no additional cost. It's perfect for small to medium-sized businesses that require reliable support during standard business hours.
