Popup Module

      Accessing the Popup Module 

      1. Log into the Koolay Console. 


      1. Click on the “Popup” link on the left side of your toolbar. 


      Viewing the Popup List 

      1. Click on the “Popup” link on the left side of your toolbar, then select the "Popup List" link. 


      1. View the list of popups, including details such as types, statuses, publishing dates, and creation dates. 


      Filtering Popups 

      1. Navigate to the "Popup" option on your toolbar. 

      1. Click on the "Popup List" link to view all available popups. 

      1. Filter the popups by keywords, popup type, and status. 


      1. Click the "Filter" button to apply your selected filters. 

      Editing a Popup 

      1. Click on the “Popup” link, then select the “Popup List” link. 

      1. Click on any popup name to edit. 


      1. In the editing form, update details such as Popup Name, Publish Date Range, Status, Popup Type, Width, File or URL, Redirect URL , and Destination Window. 


      1. Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button. 

      Changing Popup Status 

      1. Click on the “Popup” link, then on the "Popup List" link. 

      1. Select any popup name to edit. 

      1. In the editing form, change the Status to ‘Active’ or ‘Passive’. 


      1. Click the "Save" button to apply changes. 

      Deleting a Popup 

      1. Click on the "Popup” link, then on the "Popup List" link. 

      1. Check the box next to the popup name you wish to delete. 

      1. Click the “Delete” button. 


      1. Confirm deletion by clicking “Yes” when prompted. 


      Creating a New Popup 

      1. Click on the “Popup” link, then on the “New Popup” link. 


      1. Enter the popup name. 


      1. Specify the publish date range. 


      1. Set the status to ‘Active’ or ‘Passive’. 


      1. Choose the popup type from Picture, Video, or HTML. 


      1. Provide the URL of the popup, upload a file, or use the Koolay AI Image Assistant to create an image. 


      1. Enter the URL for redirection. 


      1. Click the “Save” button to finalize the popup creation. 

       

      Association With Multiple Sites in Pop-up

      1. Login to the Koolay Console with your credentials.  
      2. Access the left-side toolbar 
      3. either press the "pop-up list" button from the pop-up tab in the left menu, or press the "New Pop-up" button to create a new pop-up
      4. If the plan you have has a multi site feature, you can select and add more than one site from the "site selection" section.
