      Managing Site Configurations 

      1. Click on the "Settings” link, then select the “Site Configurations” link. 


      1. View a list of site names on the left side of the page. Here, you can easily add, delete, or copy sites as needed. 


      1. Below this, manage domains by quickly adding, deleting, or setting a domain as default. 


      1. On the right side of the page, access tabs for Language Settings and Site Settings: 

      • First, select a site, then click on any constant name to edit its value for each language.

         

      • Click the ‘New Setting’ button to add new settings. 

      • In the “Site Settings” section, add or view Google Analytics and Plausible codes. Contact Koolay Support before altering Plausible codes. 


      • Note that enabling the 'EnableCache' option to 0 disables caching. Changes to content, banners, or categories will automatically clear the cache.

      • Additionally, selecting the correct date format (DATEFORMAT) for your location is crucial. For instance, while U.S. residents typically use the MM/DD/YYYY format, European residents often use the DD/MM/YYYY format. You can easily adjust this setting for the entire website here.

       

      Updating a site you own

      1. Access the left-side toolbar 
      2. Select “Site Configurations” from the “Settings” link options 
      3. Select the site you want to update.
      4. Then press the "Update" button below.
      5. You can change the name of your site in the window that opens

       

      Adding a new site

      1. If the plan you have has a "multi-site" feature, you can add a new site with the new site button.
      2. After pressing the "New site" button, enter the information of the site you want to create.

       

      Cache cleaning

      1. Select the site you want to perform cache cleaning
      2. Finally press the "Clear Cache" button

      *Website cache cleaning is a process used to solve and improve various issues that affect the browser or website user experience.

       

      Site List

      -You can see all the sites you have on your plan on one screen and change their settings.

      1. On the screen that opens, you can list the sites you own from the section called "site name" in the middle.

       

             2-Click on a site to make changes to it.

             3-Press the "New Site" button to add a new site.

             4-Click on the "Site Copy" button to copy the selected site.

             5-Press the "Delete" button to delete the selected site.

             6-Press the "Update" button to update the information of the selected site.

             7-Press the "Clear Cache" button to clear the cache on the selected site.

       

      Adding a new domain

      1. Press the "Add Domain" button to add a new domain.  

       

             2-On the page that opens, enter the domain name and press the "Save" button.

             3-You can see the DNS and Domain information of the domain you created on the pop-up screen.

             4-Select the domain to activate the domain you created.

             5-Then press the "Update" button.

             6-In the Active setting, change "Passive" to "Active".

             7-Press the "Save" button.
